This homeowner wanted a modern, future‑proof energy setup that would reduce their dependency on the grid and give them greater control over their household electricity use.
Working alongside Heva Energy, we designed and installed a system that combines strong solar generation with reliable battery backup, all centered around the latest Tesla technology.
The property’s layout included two well‑positioned roof aspects, giving us the opportunity to install 21 solar panels across both sides of the roof. This allowed the system to capture sunlight throughout the day, increasing overall yield and improving efficiency. The result is a 9.45 kWp Solar PV system that is projected to generate around 5,828 kWh of clean energy every year, significantly offsetting the homeowner’s annual electricity demand.
The customer opted for a Tesla Powerwall 3, providing 13.5 kWh of battery storage. This enables them to store their excess solar energy instead of exporting it to the grid, making more of their generation available for evening and overnight use. We also installed a Tesla Backup Gateway, giving the home automatic backup protection so key circuits remain powered during any grid outage.
The completed system gives the homeowner the freedom to use more of their renewable energy, reduce their electricity bills, and enjoy added peace of mind from the built‑in backup capability.
